There are a lot of things to do in Santa Fe. One of the advantages of living is the proximity to lots of great hiking spots. The slot canyon trail at Tent Rocks (Kasha-Katuwe) is one I never get tired of. The light changes the scene at different times of the day. The conical rocks found here are the result of volcanic upthrust about six million years ago. The canyon is so narrow in places you can reach out and touch both sides at the same time.
