This has been a good week for rain in Santa Fe. It’s been a really dry simmer and we need it! When the sun came out just after a lovely early evening shower I caught this image of the puddle and splash-up under a canale (New Mexican-style gutters) at El Museo Cultural. I love that time just after a rain when everything is freshly scrubbed and there is magic in even the most mundane.
